CPVC
CPVC is a high molecular material with higher chlorine content, produced by chlorinating PVC molecules again. Its average chlorine content reaches 74%. Due to the increased chlorine content, it demonstrates significantly better temperature resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and mechanical strength compared to UPVC. Additionally, it features a higher ignition point, low smoke emission, lower electrical conductivity, and superior wear resistance. PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene)
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", is a polymer compound formed through the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It exhibits excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing properties, high lubricity and non-stick characteristics, electrical insulation, and outstanding aging resistance. PTFE remains virtually unaffected by most chemical reagents. For instance, it maintains its weight and performance even when boiled in concentrated sulfuric acid (98%), nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or even boiling water, while being insoluble in nearly all solvents.
